Delivery

When you order a product on this website we will endeavour to post it to you as soon as possible. All items are delivered via Royal Mail and you can expect to receive them within 5 working days in the  UK. Orders from other countries may take longer.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please return the unused goods to us within 14 days and we will offer you a refund. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund or replacement where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

As postage costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund for any delivery charges.
